A lot of covid related issues complicated our refinance process. The increased wait time from app to closing combined with temporary covid shutdowns on our end and longer lead times with communication due to heavy volume of work NJ Lenders was dealing with caused frustration but it was much more circumstantial than directed at the NJ Lenders team. Talking to other people who refinanced it seems same issues across all lenders. Would definitely use NJ Lenders again despite these circumstances.
