Rich was a great person to work with. I called my existing mortgage bank and another, and his service was by far the warmest and friendliest. Most importantly Rich had empathy and he worked hard to get us a great rate, gave us great detail on how the process works, and explained all the different products we could consider and the mortgage closed when we needed it to.

Richard made the impossible, possible. What an amazing experience through the whole process.
