We started the loan process and spoke with Richard as soon as we found a buyer for our home but our sale took over 4 1/2 months as the buyer had trouble getting a loan with their lender and our purchase was contingent on the sale of our home. We called Richard at least once a week for 5 months and as busy as he was, he always had time to answer all our questions and ease our minds. We would not have our new home without his help. We would recommend him to our family and friends.
